Construction Requirements

This form is only for construction. Architectural planning, structural design, municipality approval, estimation/BOQ and survey/plotting are not included here.

Residential rates: Grey ₹1,300/sq.ft.; Class C ₹2,300/sq.ft.; Class B ₹2,500/sq.ft.; Class A ₹2,700/sq.ft. Commercial rates: Grey ₹1,400/sq.ft.; Class C ₹2,400/sq.ft.; Class B ₹2,500/sq.ft.; Class A ₹2,700/sq.ft.

Engineering, Planning & Practical Design

Er. Rahul Bhatti is an engineer and architect associated with RMA Design & Construction, with a focus on practical building planning, structural design, construction and project consultancy.

He is a member of the Institution of Engineers and is a postgraduate in Civil Engineering from Kurukshetra University.

His professional education began with a Diploma in 2013, followed by a B.Tech in Civil Engineering in 2016, and postgraduate study in Civil Engineering.

The aim of RMA is to bring engineering understanding, architectural planning and construction practicality together in one professional service.
